It has been only 2 days since our 2-day workshop, but already I have been confronted with several opportunities to test the program. I went into the program with 2 things that I wished to gain... Stop procrastinating, and to find inner peace.

Well, last night, I was confronted with a very stressful situation, and I was surprised by the way I handled the situation. The answers that came so effortlessly were just perfect. This morning, I dealt immediately with something that I normally would have put aside until later. I felt great all day :!:

Is Neuro-Linguistic Programming working? It seems so.
Our instructor spoke of programs where one is all fired up for a month or two, and then everything returns to normal. I suppose only time will tell if this will be different. I'll report my findings as time progresses.

I've been waiting for this opportunity for quite some time, but I finally got to test whether or not Neuro-linguistic Programming can really cure a phobia. I have been afraid of needles ever since I can remember. During our coaching session, we spoke of phobias, and we were told most could be cured in minutes. Sounds rather boisterous, doesn't it? So, I mentioned mine, and was told how to fix it. Last week, I got a vaccine, and I watched the needle go in (I normally cannot even watch someone else get a shot without feeling queezy!) Guess what? I was fine! I'm cured! These techniques really do work!

Now I have to ask my neice if she has been cured of her fear of spiders.

It seems that as far as procrastination goes... if one practices often, the procrastination does not come back. However, if one becomes lazy and does not apply the techniques learned, then old habits can return. Ultimately, it is up to the individual as to how they wish their life to play out. You can be in control if you so choose!
